On the consult, if we believe we can help you -- we'll help you map out a therapy plan based on your needs, time-frame, and budget. If another Health Care Professional might be a better fit for you, we'll refer you out.
If someone referred you -- please let us know who it is and if you're coming in through your physician or other health care provider, tell us if you have a prescription for care.

James is excellent! With a sciatica of pain at 8of 10. he brought the pain down to 5 in one session !

Had an initial massage and returned for another sessions and visiting again today. Massages start with a discussion on pain points and areas of focus. During the second visit, masseuse started asking about the pressure being applied and whether it was too much and later in the second visit asked if there were any specific areas for focus of that remaining session. Half the massage is focus on the back then you flip the second half you are on your back, head and neck massage feel great around the temples and nerves.

Had a massage with James, first one, had a 5-10 minute conversation on what I was looking for prior to massage, front and backside focus, very nice, booked two more sessions.

I completed a series of 4 massages starting on 3/7, today is 4/1. I waiting to complete this review because I wanted to see how long the benefits of the massage would last. I've been suffering from tendonitis at the shoulders for about 1.5 years, resulting in excruciating pain around the shoulder heads. after 4 treatments in the span of 2 weeks I found relief and a week after the last massage I'm still pain free. I highly recommend James!

James is an extremely talented massage/wellness therapist. Make no mistake, he WILL find and work on those troublesome spots and focus on relieving stress and tension. Highly recommend you pay him a visit. You won't be disappointed. Always feel 110% better after one of his sessions.

Great massage by James, for their WEGIVEBACK program for first responders. Professional and attentive to problem areas. Definite tension reduction! Nice atmosphere, a comfortable small business.
